Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day or the next business day, depending on the order time, delivery location, and product availability.

If there is a significant delay in processing or delivering your order, we will notify you via phone call, SMS, or email.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect name, address, or contact number, any additional charges incurred for redelivery may be recovered from the customer.
